SEAL-Vは、気候変動に関する大規模アンサンブルシミュレーションデータから効率的なデータ取得を行い、地方自治体の気候変動適応政策に関わるコンサルタント・研究者が地図データに対して注目する領域（都道府県、市町村、河川流域）を対話的に指定し、抽出結果を可視化するアプリケーションです。
